Free Shipping

Enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders to Canadian addresses when your cart total reaches CAD $99 before tax and shipping. Orders under this threshold will incur a flat shipping fee to be calculated at checkout.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Your order is processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times (once dispatched):

  • Canada: 5–8 business days
  • United States: 5–8 business days
  • Other international destinations: 5–10 business days

These estimates exclude processing time and may vary based on your location and carrier disruptions.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to appear after dispatch.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside Canada, duties and taxes may apply upon delivery based on your country’s import regulations. These charges are outside our control.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
