We want you to be fully satisfied with your order. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your package for a refund, store credit, or size exchange.
Return Conditions
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Returns are not free — the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns.
How to Start a Return
- Email our Customer Care team at info@cotemuse.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- We’ll provide return instructions and a return form to include with your package.
- Ship the item back using a trackable courier and keep your receipt.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your refund or exchange.
Processing Time
Please allow up to 7 business days after your return arrives for it to be processed. Refunds may take an additional 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@cotemuse.com with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your package is lost in transit or cannot be delivered, please contact our team. We’ll assist in locating or replacing your order promptly.
Return Address
